Macleod Trail provides several miles of places to stop and go (just please don't drink and drive!). The Back Alley is a huge place known for bringing rock legends into town, and the city's Hooter's bar is right there, too. For the white collar crowd, Backstreet Lounge in Smuggler's Inn has a great crowd listening to the bands (its Monday nights are very busy). For country music, head to Outlaws or the Ranchman's - two real cowboy bars.

For sports and sports entertainment technology head to Schank's Athletic Club, or for live bands head to NV's in the Carriage House Inn. Also popular with all is the King's Head Pub and Barley Mill, further south. Along Macleod Trail are many chain bars and lounges.
