These NEW POSTAL RATES rates are effective January 11, 2010.

These rates do not include GST. You do not have to pay GST on your international letters, if you drop off the letters at a post office and buy the stamps there (subject to a $5 minimum). This is because most of the service is delivered outside Canada.
